How do I reserve a party with As You Wish Parties?
Because we personalize each party, please call us at 516-590-7878 to make an appointment with a party planner. We require a non-refundable $100 deposit at booking.
What happens if I have to cancel my party?
Once your deposit is paid, we will gladly reschedule your party. If you choose to cancel your event, your deposit is non-refundable.
What happens if there is inclement weather or my child is sick?
In the event of inclement weather, As You Wish Parties of Bellmore reserves the right to reschedule your event to a time we have available. If your child becomes sick, we will work with you to find an alternative date. These dates will sometimes need to be weekdays. If you choose to cancel your event, your deposit is non-refundable.
How early can I arrive for my event and how long can I stay after?
We ask that all attendees and parents arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your party and stay no later than 10 minutes after the party has ended. Additional unreserved overtime will be billed per half hour.
How many parties are going on at the same time?
Your child will be the star of the show for the entire party as no other events or parties are booked at the same time.
Can I bring my own food to the party?
No outside food will be allowed per the Nassau County Board of Health. We work with some great vendors to make sure you will get quality food at a reasonable price.
Can I bring my own favors?
You are more than welcome to bring your own favors or we can supply them at a cost of between $2.00- $10.00 per child depending on what you choose. We can customize each favor for any theme we offer.
Can I bring my own decorations?
If you would like to have special plates or wall hangings, you may bring them in prior to the day of the party.
Can you accommodate guests with food allergies?
It is your responsibility as party host to determine if any of your guests have food allergies. Upon request, we will accommodate your requirements.
As You Wish Parties LLC, its employees, and associates are not responsible for allergic reactions possibly caused by the menu, make up, hair accessories, wearing of dress-up clothing or any other activity taking place before, during or after the celebration.
In case of liability or financial remuneration due to any possible medication reaction, the responsibility lies solely on the client.
Additionally, As You Wish Parties LLC, assumes no responsibility or liability for any accidents or damages that occur during a party such as staining of skin, hair, or clothing due to use of any products such as eye shadow, hairsprays, colored hairsprays, glitter tattoos, crafting supplies etc...
What happens if a Special Event is cancelled?
Special events are pre-paid ticketed events. Tickets will be refunded up to fourteen (14) days prior to the event. You must visit the store in order to cancel in the time allotted. Events canceled due to inclement weather will be rescheduled and all tickets will be honored on the new date.
